Good Habits
Change your habits and grow day by day until your head touches the heavens. Every habit of thought, feeling and action develops a secondary life, which, in its turn, develops a subsidiary life and so on until man reaches a stage far away from the original life implanted by the Divine in the soul. Yoga, by eight-fold practices, by gradually destroying these groups of degenerate life, gives the body and mind energies a turn in the opposite direction. With the beginning of ‘sitting’ (Āsana), the circulation of the blood, of the breath, of the nerve-electricity, begins to change, until in Samādhi the Yogi discovers that his true life is naught else than the fire in the Divine furnace.
